Redblacks 46, Tiger-Cats 27: Trevor Harris threw for 367 yards and a CFL playoff-record six touchdown passes as Ottawa rolled over visiting Hamilton in the East Division Final.

Harris completed 29-of-32 passes and two of his scoring strikes went to Diontae Spencer as the Redblacks (12-7) reached the Grey Cup for the third time in four seasons and will face Calgary in Edmonton next Sunday. Greg Ellingson hauled in eight passes for 144 yards and a touchdown while Spencer made six catches for 41 yards as Ottawa beat the Tiger-Cats for the fourth time in as many meetings this season.

Jeremiah Masoli was 28-of-41 for 315 yards with a touchdown and also ran for a score but threw two critical first-half interceptions - three overall - as Hamilton (9-11) failed to carry over the momentum from a 48-8 win over BC in the East semifinals. Bralon Addison had 12 receptions for 129 yards to lead the Tiger-Cats, who received four field goals from Lirim Hajrullahu.

Lewis Ward converted field-goal attempts from 11 and 27 yards to give the Redblacks a three-point lead after one quarter and Spencer turned a short pass from Harris into a 22-yard touchdown for a 14-3 advantage one play after Anthony Cioffi's interception early in the second. Harris found Jean-Christophe Beaulieu for a 2-yard score and Spencer for a 9-yard TD, following an interception by Jonathan Rose, but Mike Jones hauled in a 1-yard touchdown pass from Masoli on the last play of the half to cut Hamilton's deficit to 27-13 at intermission.

Harris connected with Marco Dubois for an 11-yard touchdown to end the first drive of the second half and Brendan Gillanders on a short pass that was turned into a 29-yard score for a 39-19 lead after three quarters. Harris broke the record early in the fourth with a 50-yard scoring strike to Ellingson that pushed the advantage to 27 points before Masoli ran 12 yards for a score with 7:56 remaining, but Hamilton had no more answers.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Harris' completion percentage (90.6) also was a CFL playoff record. … Rose was ejected late in the first half after pushing an official during a melee. … Hamilton LB Larry Dean made a game-high 11 tackles. … Dubois and Gillanders both scored their first CFL touchdown. … Hamilton DB Jumal Rolle (Achilles) missed his third straight game. … Ward, who made a CFL-record 48 straight field goals to end the regular season, missed two extra points and a late field-goal attempt.
