Lewis Ward converted field-goal attempts from 11 and 27 yards to give the Redblacks a three-point lead after one quarter and Spencer turned a short pass from Harris into a 22-yard touchdown for a 14-3 advantage one play after Anthony Cioffi's interception early in the second. Harris found Jean-Christophe Beaulieu for a 2-yard score and Spencer for a 9-yard TD, following an interception by Jonathan Rose, but Mike Jones hauled in a 1-yard touchdown pass from Masoli on the last play of the half to cut Hamilton's deficit to 27-13 at intermission.
Harris connected with Marco Dubois for an 11-yard touchdown to end the first drive of the second half and Brendan Gillanders on a short pass that was turned into a 29-yard score for a 39-19 lead after three quarters.
